The SENSEI Regenerative Framework® is a proprietary methodology developed by Dr Gerard Prior. It is an outdoor teambuilding model built around six core elements, designed to help individuals restore their mental energy, enhance clarity, and reconnect with what enables them to perform at their best. Each session is delivered through three structured phases, guiding participants from arrival to reflection in a way that strengthens both personal wellbeing and team cohesion.
1. Orientation & Mindful Arrival
The session begins with a brief orientation that introduces the principles of the SENSEI framework.
